Arthur Smith came in during his second season as an offensive manager of Pittsburgh Steelers and has had to adapt to the flight where the club’s staff that side of the ball has fought.
Offseason was subjected to major movements: DK Metcalf business, sent George Pickens to Dallas and crossed the team leader before Aaron Rodgers signed in June, let Najee Harris go and place Kaleb Johnson, lose Dan Moore Jr., and trade with Jonna Smith. These sweep changes left Smith after adapting to fly.

Since becoming a regular director in 2019, Smith’s violation has been on board. In Tennessee, the Titans 2020 booked the top-5 offense, leaning a lot on the ground of the game and an opportunity attack. In three years in Atlanta, his groups were medium and were never in the top 15 seats or meters. Last year in Pittsburgh, Russell Wilson was managed an operation inefficient and lacked explosives.
Late additions to Rodgers and Jonnu Smith provide Steelers with the ability to be varied. And has received praise from Rodgers for that adaptability.
“I like his flexibility,” Rodgers said of the Pittsburgh Tribune review. “Arthur is not stiff in what he is doing. He wants to tailor the system to the staff he has received.
Smith has been criticized before for his employee use, especially at the time in Atlanta. With two dense ends, new explosives in Metcalf and refined back guard, how Smith will puzzle over the staff while molding the break to fit 41 years QB will be an interesting factor to monitor the front page and early in the normal period.
