After a historic rookie season, Bowers didn’t quite reach those heights in a second effort that was limited from the start by knee issues. But the dynamic tight end still made a second straight Pro Bowl team and had breakout moments in a losing campaign for him and the Raiders. His standout performance came in his return from injury in Week 9, when he was caught on more than a third of his 36 passes, and had 12 receptions for 127 yards and three scores in a narrow playoff loss to Jacksonville. After coaching and an offensive overhaul, Las Vegas will hope for more of that from Bowers in Year 3 — and possibly a third consecutive top-100 finish.
