The Commanders’ QB Jayden Daniels stepped onto the field Wednesday, his first practice since dislocating his left elbow in the Week 2 defeat to the Cowboys, and his potential game comeback dominated Thursday’s press conference.
He remains eligible for Sunday’s London showdown with the Colts. When asked about his status, Daniels replied he’s handling it one day at a time.
“I feel good, good to be back. Just taking it day by day,” Daniels said.
A brace now secures his left arm, preventing full extension, yet he insists it doesn’t hinder his throws or handoffs. Time will tell if he can showcase those skills this weekend. If cleared, expect him to lead a comeback.
