An unexpected name suddenly appeared on the Indianapolis Colts’ injury list for Sunday’s big game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Colts quarterback Daniel Jones was listed as limited at practice Thursday with a calf injury. Jones was not listed on Wednesday’s injury report, and this is the first reported calf injury this season.
Jones has started every game for the 8-2 Colts in 2025, throwing for 2,659 yards, 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions and completing 69.9 percent of his passes. He has also rushed 40 times for 143 yards and five TDs.
