Bills’ Josh Allen (foot) ‘good to go’ against Jets, set to continue starting rotation in ‘The Ralph’ farewell

Bills' Josh Allen (foot) 'good to go' against Jets, set to continue starting rotation in 'The Ralph' farewell

Allen was injured and missed four games in his rookie campaign in 2018 and has started every game since Week 2 of 2018. With the exception of Philip Rivers, who has technically started 255 consecutive games, including playoff games and not counting four-plus years of retirement, that is the longest streak of consecutive starts by an NFL QB.

His regular-season rushing yards trail only Atlanta Falcons offensive lineman Jake Matthews (199) and Chicago Bears defensive end Kevin Byard (162).

Chances are, Allen’s start will essentially be a role before handing over the playmaking duties to Mitchell Trubisky. Allen played just one snap in the regular season finale last season.

Allen and the Bills (11-5) kick off against the Jets at 4:25 PM ET on Sunday.
