One of the most reliable and underestimated members of the San Francisco 49ers in the 1980s, is the tight end of Brent Jones to get his sake.

Jones, a three -hour Super Bowl winner and a four -hour Pro Bowler, will be 33.

“Getting the call from Jed (York) was incredibly emotional for me, something I will remember forever,” Jones said in a statement. “It is truly the greatest honor of my life to be next to the folklore consisting of the San Francisco 49ers Hall of Fame, one of the greatest elections in all professional sports. I want to thank my coaches and teammates who streamed me and allowed me to succeed and out of the field.”

Jones, who was taken in the fifth round of the 1986 NFL draft, played Jones only for the 49ers. Cutting after his newcomer season, Jones was a graft in rough, shining in the west coast of Billsh Walsh and went into four direct pro bowls from 1992 to 1995.

From 1987 to 1997, All-Star Tight End played in 143 games with 126 start and took up 497 receptions for 5,195 meters and 33 matches. He helped 49ers with three Lombardi -Cup – Super Bowl XXIII over Cincinnati Bengals, Super Bowl XXIV over Denver Broncos and Super Bowl XXIX over San Diego chargers.

In total, Jones, who played at Santa Clara, played the University and is a member of the University Football Palace, in 21 games after season for San Francisco.

During his stimulation, Jones will reunite with a number of former teammates-49ers and NFL of all time in-SVO as team leaders Joe Montana and Steve Young, operate Roger Craig, wide receiver Jerry Rice and John Taylor and Safety Ronnie Lott.
