NFL owners will discuss a resolution at Spring League meeting next week that would enable NFL players to participate in Flag Football at the Summer Olympics 2028 in Los Angeles, announced the league on Thursday.
The resolution would allow no more than one player from each NFL team to participate in the Olympic flag football, as well as the nominated international player of each team to participate in his country, according to the league.
The 2028 summer games in Los Angeles will be the first to have a flag football.
