Williams also injured his hamstring in the game and played only the first snap of the game. Williams’ status may be the biggest concern as he did not practice this week.
Kittle was absent from the Bears’ win after suffering a minor ankle sprain in Week 16. He has been adamant this week that he will play. The seven-time Pro Bowler has 52 catches for 599 yards and seven touchdowns in 10 starts this season, after missing six games with an injury. Perhaps most importantly, the 49ers are 8-2 with him on the team this season. Kittle participated in all three of the team’s practices this week in limited numbers.
Pearsall played Sunday but has struggled with injuries all season, having missed seven games. He has 36 receptions for 528 yards and no touchdowns. Like Kittle, Pearsall has been limited in every practice.
The 49ers (12-4) kick off against the visiting Seahawks (13-3) at 8:00 PM ET Saturday.
