Miami has bolstered its active roster with a new running back.
Saturday saw the team lift Carlos Washington from the practice squad, filling the void left by De’Von Achane’s season‑ending ACL tear.
Washington appeared in two games with Atlanta over the past two seasons and inked a deal with Miami back in May.
The club also promoted defensive lineman Mazi Smith and edge rusher Rodney McGraw for Sunday’s showdown with the Vikings; Smith, a 2023 first‑round pick, joined in March, while McGraw arrived as an undrafted free agent. The move shows Miami’s aggressive push to shore up its line. Will this boost the Dolphins’ defense against the Vikings?
