Did you notice the Browns stripped a handful of players from their injury report on Friday? They also added a key name back to the list.
Cornerback Denzel Ward missed most of the final practice against the Titans due to a sore hand. He’s now listed as questionable for Sunday’s game.
Coach Todd Monken expressed optimism that Ward will suit up. If cleared, he’ll join Tytus Howard, Maliek Collins, Mason Graham, Elgron Jenkins, Quinshon Judkins and Carson Schwesinger — all healthy. In my view, Ward’s presence could tilt the matchup.
Safety Grant Delpit (concussion, shoulder), running back Dylan Sampson (knee) and linebacker Quincy Williams (neck) are also doubtful. Defensive tackle Kalia Davis (quad), quarterback Dillon Gabriel (back), defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. (ankle) and offensive lineman Teven Jenkins (back) remain sidelined. Will the Browns’ depth hold up against Cleveland’s offense?
