NFL on Tuesday, Jalen Carter, star of Philadelphia Eagles, Jalen Carter, fined $ 57,222 for spit on Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys team manager, at the beginning of the 2025 kickoff game last week, according to NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero on Tuesday.
The incident led to Carter being released for unsportsmanlike appearance before All-PRO 2024 played one snap in Eagles’s Week 1 victory and threw a night that began by exposing the Super Bowl Banner in Philadelphia.
Carter will not face additional suspension because of his early game.
“You know there were mistakes that happened on my side and it just won’t happen again,” Carter told reporters after the game 4 September. “I feel bad for just my teammates and fans out there. You know, I’m doing it for them. I’m doing it for my family too but the fans, they show the most love. You heard them outside and it won’t be able to start the game to finish the game just F-no, but it won’t happen.”
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni refused to uncover the indoor discipline for Carter when he spoke to reporters on Monday.
CARTER’s punishment comes as the NFL emphasizes sports activities during this period.
Eagles will meet Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday at Geha Field at Arrowhead Stadium in the Super Bowl resign in February.
