Kings Sign Free Agents Aaron Nkrumah, Damari Monsanto

Kings Sign Aaron Nkrumah, Damari MonsantoFree agent wings Aaron Nkrumah and Damari Monsanto have signed Exhibit 10 contracts with the Kings, according to RealGM's transaction log and Keith Smith of...

Two wing prospects have just inked Exhibit‑10 deals with Sacramento—what does this mean for the Kings’ depth?

Aaron Nkrumah went undrafted after a stellar senior year at Tennessee State, where he captured Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year honors. The 6‑foot‑6 swingman posted a league‑leading 17.7 points, 2.8 steals, along with 5.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 33 games, averaging 31.4 minutes.

Initial reports linked Nkrumah to an Exhibit‑10 with the Nuggets, but that deal never materialized, sending the 24‑year‑old to Sacramento instead.

Damari Monsanto, a former UT‑San Antonio guard‑forward, spent last season in the G League after going undrafted in 2025. He logged 45 games across three squads, most with the Capital City Go‑Go, and posted 9.6 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.0 assist in 16.2 minutes, shooting .440/.428/.833.

His college résumé boasts sharp shooting at East Tennessee State, Wake Forest and UTSA, where he hit 39.5% of his 6.7 three‑point attempts per game. For my money, the Stockton Kings grabbed a valuable perimeter threat by acquiring his G League rights from the Go‑Go.

Both players are set to join the Stockton affiliate, where they can earn up to $91 K in bonuses by staying at least 60 days in the NBAGL.

If they adapt quickly, Sacramento could solidify its wing depth and push for a postseason run.
