McDaniel chalted that attitude to a frustrated player after another loss this season.
“You are trying to look for reasons that you can have a loss and heavy is the crown of being the right of the right to vote,” said McDaniel. “What I know is that he has directly interacted with many kids, starts with last night. That’s what teammates do. You live and you learn, and finally I look at it like everything else. There is no IF and or about it. The responsibility and performance of the team lies on the shoulder.”
1-5 Initial Miami is the worst right since 2021 (novice Tagovailoa) and has McDaniel in the hot seat in his fourth season as a head coach.
The coach said on Monday that his focus was on Dolphins’ next game against Cleveland Browns on October 19 and not on what was said last Sunday.
“I have a lot to worry about and one of them is not this comment and where our team lies after that,” McDaniel said. “We just had a meeting on the game itself. Facts success and mistakes … that’s where people’s focus needs to be and (I am) will be confident, since we are all very interested in fixing our problems and finding a way to work.”
