Concern hangs over the Nerazzurri camp after a string of weak displays, capped by a 3‑1 loss to Milan in Saturday’s Derby della Madonnina.
Their Champions League campaign is already shaky, having dropped points to Real Madrid and Club Brugge before eking out a 1‑0 win over Shakhtar while reduced to ten men.
Alessandro Bastoni’s red card means he’s suspended tonight, while Lautaro Martínez, Curtis Jones, Luis Henrique and John Stones remain sidelined.
Chivu fires up Inter in Rotterdam.
Chivu told Sky Sport Italia the atmosphere is demanding; the fans expect a lot and Feyenoord are fierce at home, so Inter must meet adversity with determination and grit.
He added that Inter need quality and intensity on both ends, wing‑backs must time their runs, and passes to the forwards must be sharp. No one can predict the outcome, but the team is ready for any scenario.
After months out following the World Cup, Djed Spence now starts regularly for Inter – is this a push to restore his full fitness?
Chivu assured that Spence is prepared to deliver another full ninety minutes of quality.
