Manchester United sealed a €80 million deal this summer for 22‑year‑old Carlos Baleba from Brighton & Hove Albion, yet the highly‑priced winger still hasn’t made his first appearance.
Baleba arrived at Old Trafford nursing an injury sustained during the pre‑season camp in Austria with the Seagulls. The setback has kept him out of United’s fixtures, and he remains in England throughout the international break to finish his rehab. In my view, United’s patience may cost them early‑season points.
