Whether it’s a deep ball, a short route, he can catch a slant, take it to the house. Big, big body. Compete catches. You know, you watch these guys. I’m an X receiver, too, so I sit there and kind of watch his tape, that’s a guy you see that wins consistently.”
With Brown and Boutte playing the same position, speculation that Boutte could be moved at some point will likely continue. But after staying away from free agency meetings, the Pats’ 2023 sixth-round pick, who is entering the final year of his rookie deal, will join his teammates on the court this week.
