Kyler Murray’s 2025 season will be limited to just five games played.
The Arizona Cardinals quarterback will not return from injured reserve this season as his foot injury is not progressing as originally hoped, head coach Jonathan Gannon said Friday.
“Kyler will not play again this year,” Gannon said. “He had more tests done this week, went out of state, got a second opinion on it. It’s not progressing where it’s going to sense again that he can go. So he’ll be done for the year.”
Murray has not played since Week 5 and was later placed on IR on November 5th.
