Todd Bowles: Shilo Sanders has "got the opportunity" to make Buccaneers' roster

Although a lot of the spotlight is on Shedeur Sanders and his pressure on the Cleveland Browns project list and possibly stealing the starting team, his brother Shilo strikes the Florida heat and tries to earn a seat in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers college.

Coach Todd Bowles said on Thursday that the older Sanders brother has a shot to make a 53 -person project list if he plays a play on the front page.

“He comes along. He is downloading the system,” Bowles said through the official copy of the team. “He has played like everyone else there. There are some tests that come up on the front page – Tuesday night was one and the other three games and exercises will be others.

Sanders is competing for a seat in young Bucs college. There are depth spots for grabbing security behind the star Antoine Winfield Jr. and Tykee Smith, who performed from a nickel role last season.

The 25 -year -old defender was in six seasons playing college, the last two in Colorado. During his final period, Sanders finished with 67 tackles, two tackles for losses, one bag, two past defenses, one forced fumble and two fumble recovery and delivered one for contact. He went unreasonable before signing Tampa.
