Texans RB Joe Mixon (foot) to be put on a reserve/nfi list, will miss at least the first four games of the season

Texans RB Joe Mixon (foot) was expected to miss time; Week 1 in danger

Mixon’s analysis is worse than originally expected, as Ian Rapoport, NFL Network inside -back, originally reported that position 1 in week 1 was in danger, but it was not likely that long time missed.

This 29-year-old Mixon is launching a 2024 campaign where he missed three games but still had a 1,016-meter rush-five-meter 1,000-meter age of the career and hurried to 11 contact to earn the Pro Bowl offered her career and first with Houston.

Mixon missed the Texans off -season plan while dealing with the injuries he suffered while winning this offseason. The injuries were repeatedly making little of the club in the spring and summer.

Mixon was a pillar of Cincinnati Bengals from 2017-2023 before he was due to be released in the period 2024, but Texans swung business.

Now Texans will probably look at another AFC North transplant with Chubb.

Chubb went to four direct pro bowls from 2019-2022 but was crushed by injury in 2023 and 2024 and played a total of 10 games. He is currently on the return of the trail from broken foot that occurred in week 15 last season.

How much chubb has left will be rather quickly in 2025. Houston will also probably look for bigger contributions from Dameon Pierce, Dare Ogunbowale and novice Woody Marks until Mixon returns.
