“This was not the season I wanted,” Queen explained. “Just because I didn’t play the type of football I wanted. You could teach it a whole new system and everything else, but at the end of the day I’m a professional in football. It was 5 years. So I think I should have been a little more prepared for it.
Those who have been watching the queen throughout his career agree with the line baker. Pro Football Focus handed him his worst defense in one season since 2021 and landed on a forgetful 56.8 in 2024 as part of Steele’s defense, which still managed to complete 12th place in permissible meters and eighth in permissible levels per game.
Although he appeared in all 17 games last season, Queen admitted that he was not in the best place physical last season and played through a number of disorders. The composition led to the fact that a long -standing Queen teammate in Baltimore and Pittsburgh, defense of back -back Deshon Elliott, described as “growing pain.”
Now that it is behind him, Queen looks in the period 2024 as nothing but motivation to succeed in 2025.
“Being through the process of being at the top of my game and then going down, it pushes you even more to get back to your old self,” said Queen.
