Cleveland Browns, who runs Quinshon Judkins, will not have a charge of an abnormal battery after prosecutors decided not to continue, according to Broward Attorney General (Florida) (Florida) (Florida) (Florida) (
Judkins was arrested in July and charged with contact or strike of battery/domestic violence, at the Broward County Commissioner’s office. Following the investigation, prosecutors decided that conviction was unlikely to be based on numerous factors and refused to continue.
“The incident was not addressed to any video surveillance,” the memorandum said. “There are no independent witnesses to the incident. Although the victim had pictures that showed injuries, there were also videos at the same time where no injuries were monitored. But chose not to.
Judkins, who is 21 years old, could still have discipline from NFL due to violation of the department’s personal conduct, as the department will continue its own investigation.
“We have been watching the development of the matter that is still under review,” said the department’s spokesman on Thursday in a statement obtained by NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo.
Judkins, now unprepared by Browns, was a 2025 NFL draft of another round from Ohio county. Judkins no. 36, Judkins won the NCAA Championship title with Buckeyes last year and ran for 1,060 meters in the first and only season with Ohio county after two seasons at Ole Miss.
