Irv Charles returns to the Seahawks’ lineup for Thursday’s showdown with Denver.
The veteran was cleared from IR Tuesday, and running back Velus Jones was cut in the same move.
Charles landed on IR to rehab a torn ACL suffered with the Jets last year; Seattle later acquired him for a conditional 2028 pick. For my money, his speed could boost Seattle’s passing attack.
In New York, he mainly contributed on special teams, tallying 14 stops across 25 games.
Jones logged two tackles and returned two kickoffs in four games this season.
