Gibbs was explaining 1,412 rushing meters and 16 points 16 rushing contact in 2024 with 1,929 yard meters and four eg in addition to catch.
Draft NFL’s first round in the first round have had an instant effect in Motown and added to running partner David Montgomery to form one of the top RB-Tandem in the league, affectionately known as Sonic and Knuckles. Gibbs, however, landed in another gear late last season where Montgomery was on the track after injury.
Gibbs took the RB1 role forced back and ran with it. Sans Montgomery in the last three weeks of a normal period produced Gibbs 365 meters and five grounds on the ground and darkened a century mark that hurried in every game.
As a Texas back coach, the choice of gratitude followed.
“Having the opportunity to watch (Gibbs) from a distance over the last three years and every week (Defense Secretary Lions and friend Kelvin Sheppard) Shep and because of Jah I continued to watch the Lions games,” said Choice, who was running back for six seasons on NFL from 2008-2013.
Now it is assigned to guide Gibbs forward, the choice is clearly firm in its goal to get the best out of the back that is already among the elite and is probably still increasing.
“Seeing him progress, to see how smart he is – I tell him he is one of the smartest back guard I’ve ever trained,” said Choice. “He is just a natural footballer … so to have the opportunity to get around him now to train, then I’m going to be more difficult with him even more.”
Gibbs averaged 5.6 meters per carry in 2024 and dragged 52 receptions for the second year in a row, but averaged almost 200 meters. He turned out to be a big game that could quite the same work.
Despite the elegance that Gibbs has put on last season, the choice believes that better and bigger days are linked to ahead and he promises to get the Lions to their views.
