The Indianapolis Colts will pull Jim Irsay, the late owner, in his honor during his ordinary season against Miami Dolphins on Sunday, September 7, announced the team on Friday what would have been Irsay’s 66th anniversary.
“There was no bigger advocate for Colts, NFL, City of Indianapolis and Indiana, but our dad, Jim Irsay,” said the daughters of Irsay, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson, in a statement. “It is only appropriate that he now joined other incredible focus legends in our honor that made so much contribution to our right to vote and our society over the past four decades.”
Irsay will be 20. A member of the honorary ring at Lucas Oil Stadium and joins her father, Robert Irsay, Tony Dungy, Marvin Harrison, Edgerrin James, Jeff Saturday, Peyton Manning, Dwight Freeney and Dallas Clark.
