Nabers, who suffered the non-contact knee injury on Sept. 28, required a month of “pretreatment” for his knee — a common process in which players strengthen and stretch the area around the knee to improve rehab after undergoing surgery, according to Rapoport.
Rapoport adds that Nabers is expected to be ready for the 2026 season.
Losing Nabers was a major blow to what was a rough start to New York’s 2025 season, but the tide has turned since rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart took over.
Adding Nabers to the mix will only further the Giants’ long-awaited resurgence, but first the 22-year-old needs to fully recover from his knee.
