Barranquilla is buzzing as the 2026 Copa Sudamericana final approaches. After the semifinals, Atlético Mineiro and Boca Juniors locked in their spots, the Brazilian side ousting Montevideo City Torque while the Argentine club downed Vasco da Gama. Can you feel the buzz?
With a month left, CONMEBOL is still fine‑tuning logistics for the showdown. Ticket allotment will be split evenly to guarantee fairness for Mineiro and Boca supporters.
What’s known about the final’s ticketing?
CONMEBOL’s website now hosts a sign‑up portal that gives fans priority when tickets go on sale. Registrants must indicate the category they wish to purchase.
Category 1 covers the premium western sector, a neutral zone; Category 2 sits on the eastern side, and Category 3 occupies the north and south stands. Hospitality ticket holders enjoy Category 1 access plus premium catering and entertainment.
Fans must select their desired section and provide personal details – name, surname, email, country, birthdate and preferred team. In my view, the data demand feels overly cumbersome.
CONMEBOL says the sale start date will be announced soon on its official channels and via email to registrants. Registering does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of availability.
