Aaron Glenn set expectations for the locker room.
New York Jets are planning to release Returner Xavier Gipson on Wednesday, according to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.
The New York Post Brian Costello first reported the news.
The trip comes as Gipson had a costly fumble in the 34-32 loss of Jets to Pittsburgh Steelers in week 1. The lack of Reterer put the ball on the ground in the fourth quarter. Two games later were Steelers in the final area and took the lead from the Jets, who had controlled a game in a large part of the first three quarters.
