Brian Daboll will hold the course with the starting team.
New York Giants coach told reporters on Monday that the team plans to start Russell Wilson in their week 2 on Sunday against Dallas Cowboys.
“After a game – this is an emotional game, a tough game,” said Daboll. “Didn’t play particularly well, I would say in common, but in terms of making some of these decisions – in fact and with what position or diagram – I want to do it with a clear head and watch the reel. Again, as I said yesterday, this game does not fall on Russell Wilson.
Questions about whether Daboll would pull the tap into the Wilson experiment and deliver a newcomer to Jaxson Dart following the loss on Sunday 21-6 for Washington commanders. After originally said that Wilson was still QB, Daboll left the door slightly.
