After seven direct losses for the reigning AFC West Master, Los Angeles Chargers launched their 2025 campaign with a striking victory.
Team manager Justin Herbert and the chargers defeated Kansas City Chiefs, 27-21, in the season open on Friday night in Brazil.
Herbert sealed the victory with a 19 meter scrap.
The victory was the first for the balls against Chiefs, who have won nine straight league titles, since September 26, 2021.
Herbert, who threw three matches, won for the second time against KC, but team manager Patrick Mahomes and Chiefs followed his loss to the Super Bowl on Philadelphia Eagles with another shock to start 2025.
