Bland has already missed two games this season and 10 in 2024 while dealing with foot problems. It’s clearly an ongoing problem for the 26-year-old four-year pro.
The 2023 All-Pro and Pro Bowler after returning five of his nine interceptions for touchdowns, Bland put forward a four-year, $92 million extension just before the start of the 2025 season.
In 12 games this season, he has made 73 tackles, while also tallying six pass breakups and one interception, which he returned 68 yards for a score.
Bland’s teammate Trevon Diggs has played in just six games this season as he works through knee and hip injuries. Diggs was activated from IR on Saturday, ending the veteran CB’s two-month absence.
