If Rattler and the Saints intend to put an end to the victorious streak for week 5, they must take down the Jaxson Dart and New York Giants, a team that switches to the newcomer after starting 0-3 with elder Russell Wilson. Their first victory was not quite beautiful, but it was upset and considered a victory in Dart’s debut.
Dart would like to do two directly against a team that he thought could call him in the draft in April.
“I felt like my visit with them went well,” Dart said of his preset with Saints coaches. “You have thoughts in your head during the draft of what options are really realistic and I definitely felt like this was a place that could have ordered out.”
After all, it was not out. New York traded in the first round to select Dart 25. Seat while New Orleans waited for a draft of Louisville team manager Tyler, Shough in the second round.
Rattler beat Shough in Saints training camp in the starting lineup. Despite starting 0-4-and going 0-6 as a starting team in the newcomer 2024-is Rattler not yet at risk of losing that job.
“What happened in the past matters, but it’s only a piece of the puzzle. So, for Spencer and I, we’re 0 for 4,” said Kellen Moore, Saints coach. “He has grown tonnes throughout this process.
“He is a young team manager. Nothing will be perfect. We understand it. He has put us in a position to win these games, we just haven’t done it.”
As it is common for most teams that play their first season under a new regime, the saints do not find enormous pressure to deliver victories even when losses come to an end. They are focused on the long -term process, which now includes Rattler.
Team manager – and all Louisiana – Hope that process will win soon.
