At the introduction of Ben Johnson press conference, a new coach of Chicago Bears joined the Green Bay and Matt Lafleur.
“And to be completely honest with YA, I enjoyed beating Matt Lafleur twice a year,” Johnson said in January of his success with the Lions against Packers.
For his part, Lafleur has turned every opportunity to fight back, but it has not diminished the questions about the competition, which has been run out, as Green Bay won 11 of the last 13 games.
Asked in a recent episode of Bussin ‘with the boys’ podcast, Lafleur pointed the cheeky questions about Johnson.
“I don’t know Ben Johnson,” said Lafleur. “I have beef? I don’t know Ben Johnson. I respect him as a football coach, he did a good job (with the lions). … I found it interesting.
