“I feel like we’ve had a great room the last few years and [I have] always like that guy,” Andrews said. “I don’t think that ever changes. So, that’s an interesting question. But I think (probably) I’m excited for him and his opportunity. I’m excited for Charlie and his opportunity. I’m going to continue to get better and expand my game, and I think there’s going to be a lot of opportunities in this offense.”
The lack of depth in the Ravens’ tight end makes them a prime candidate to pluck a rookie from what is believed to be a deep draft class. Regardless of who is added in the coming months, Andrews still projects to be Lamar Jackson’s security blanket from the position.
