Watch out for ticket pirates. The Conmebol has warned fans planning to attend the 2026 Copa Sudamericana final on 21 November at the estadio Metropolitano Roberto Meléndez in Barranquilla, pitting Boca Juniors against Atlético Mineiro – will you fall for a fake?
In an official statement, the South American governing body said it has uncovered travel agencies selling packages that include tickets for both the Sudamericana and the Libertadores finals – the latter set for Montevideo, Uruguay – but it cannot verify where those tickets come from.
The warning is clear: CONMEBOL will not recognise tickets bought outside authorised channels, nor will it guarantee the validity of passes purchased from third parties.
For the Sudamericana final in Barranquilla, official tickets are sold solely through the portal sudamericana.eleventickets.com.
The federation also noted that only Absolut Sport is permitted to market and sell hospitality bundles that contain tickets for either final.

The body said it will enact the necessary steps to protect supporters’ rights and ensure a transparent, safe sales process. In my view, this move is essential for fan confidence.
With the alert, CONMEBOL hopes to keep Boca Juniors and Atlético Mineiro fans – as well as neutral travelers heading to Barranquilla – from being caught in dubious ticket schemes.

The Sudamericana final will rank among Barranquilla’s biggest sporting events, hosted in the upgraded Metropolitano Roberto Meléndez. Organisers stress that fans must use only authorised channels to buy tickets, avoiding hassles at the gate. Will the city see a sell‑out crowd despite the warnings?
