Independiente Santa Fe takes on a fresh challenge in the 2026 Women’s Libertadores, meeting Brazil’s Corinthians this Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Quito’s Rodrigo Paz Delgado Stadium, eyeing a place in the tournament’s grand final.
LIVE – Santa Fe vs Corinthians
El conjunto cardenal llega a esta instancia después de superar a Palmeiras in the quarter‑finals and now must clash with one of the tournament’s toughest sides.
Corinthians, meanwhile, will look to confirm their favorite status and push toward the continental title after eliminating Independiente del Valle.
During the group stage Corinthians thumped Santa Fe 5‑1, so the Colombian side must rewrite that script and snag a win to keep title hopes alive.
The victor between Santa Fe and Corinthians moves on to the 2026 Women’s Libertadores final, where they’ll meet the winner of the other semifinal between Cruzeiro and Olimpia. For my money, the Brazilian side has the edge.
