Colombia receives four slots for the upcoming continental tournament: one for the 2026‑I BetPlay champion, another for the 2026‑II champion, and the remaining two for the highest‑placed teams in the annual re‑classification that haven’t won either title.

With much of the round‑robin and semifinal quadrangulars still pending, Atlético Nacional and América de Cali currently occupy the two re‑classification spots for Libertadores.
Nacional tops this race with 73 points, a comfortable 18‑point cushion over the runner‑up, while América de Cali sits second on 55 points. For my money, Nacional’s cushion makes them the clear favorite.
Those positions remain provisional; remaining round‑robin matches, quadrangulars and the final will still add points, so the table could shift before season’s end.

Unlike the league champions, clubs that earn spots via re‑classification must start in the preliminary phases of the Copa Libertadores.
Consequently, the two Colombian sides finishing in those spots will need to navigate both the second and third preliminary rounds to reach the group stage.
