New York Jets brass delivered two big offers this season. Breece Hall is not expecting his salary day to fall below the 2025 campaign.
Hall said on Saturday that he is not worried about his next contract. He is simply focusing on proving his value during this period.
“I’m not quite expecting it for the season,” he told reporters. “We got a new head coach (Aaron Glenn), New GM (Darren Mougey). Obviously I wasn’t composed of them, I’m not their guy. So for me, as I said, I have to prove that every day. For me, I have a chip on me. All about putting my head down and working.
The background of Hall’s comments came after the classmate of Garrett Wilson and Sauce Gardner received long -term extensions this month. Neither of these players had experience with the new coaches or the head office, but the Jets were confident of what they provide to lock them.
