Las Vegas isn’t much higher in the AFC pecking order, which is 2-5 heading into the season. Like Hall, he is in the final year of his current contract. His desire for an extension to go unfulfilled was the basis for him asking for a trade. With the Raiders in last place in the AFC West and having added a familiar name in Lockett, it would seem pretty logical for the team to answer the calls they received.
