Garrett Wilson, a broad receiver in New York Jets, rods on the extension of contracts that will cease his position with Gang Green.
“You know, I’m hopeful that I’m a jet for life,” Wilson said on Wednesday through the Associated Press. “And that we get this thing to roll and that all our best days are ahead.”

“When time comes and these conversations are,” he said, “I’m going to try to make my mind to make sure it’s indisputable.”
No. 10 in total in 2022, Wilson is in contract for the next two years after New York applied its five -year option for 2026, worth approximately $ 16.8 million. An extension would probably at least double that image annually. The question is whether Wilson will push to cross Justin Jefferson ($ 35 million a year) and Ja’marr Chase ($ 40.25 million) at the top of the WR market.
The receiver of the highlight has returned 1,000 plus meters in each of their first three periods in the NFL despite having played in less than the ideal offensive. With questions in Wideout Corps, Wilson is in the series to see a huge goal. The question at this stage is whether he stacks statistics with a new contract in hand or sides undermine a contract for one year.
For his part, Wilson is not ready to force the case. He has announced free exercises along with the rest of the club when he could have dropped to get a new contract early.
“I want to be part of something special,” he said. “I don’t think that all the number of people do something special. As a group episode, this group is a thing and I wanted to get in and know my teammates. I want to get in to know my coach, even. This is a new staff.
“It’s a way you go to business when you love what you do.”
