Former Jets Gm Joe Douglas returns to Eagles in older scouting role

Douglas worked for Eagles from 2016 to 2019 under Howie Roseman as Vice President of the player before he was hired by Jets in his genetically modified job.

Gang Green operated Douglas in November after a 3-8 start to the period-he was in the final year of his contract. New York went 32-68 in six seasons under Douglas with Zero Playoff games.

Although his time in New York turned out to be disastrous, Douglas is still respected as one of the better Scouts in the NFL. The famous draft of his 2022 group, which contained the corner sauce Gardner, a broad receiver Garrett Wilson, who runs Breece Hall back and Pass Rusher Jermaine Johnson II, is one of the best in recent years.

Douglas helped to build the Eagles 2017 Super Bowl national team before entering the big apple. Now he will return to help Philly try to be at the top of the NFL following their second right to vote.
