Despite a major offseason overhaul, the Miami Dolphins continue to insist they won’t be sending back De’Von Achane.
Dolphins general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan reiterated at Wednesday’s press conference that the club prefers to give Achane a contract extension.
“He’s not available for business,” Sullivan said. “Things are going well. We’ve had positive conversations the last few days. Heading in the right direction. He’s obviously very important to what we’re doing. It’s all part of it. It’s part of professional sports. We’ll get to where we need to be one way or another, but yeah, things are moving in the right direction.”
