There are some who might think that this is simply the new normal for Williams, but 25 years old, RB still believes it has plenty of juice and he is ready to show it after a difficult trip to 100 percent.
“It just depends on who you are, it depends on your body. … my could take this time, but someone else might be another,” Williams said about his recovery. “There are many things that go into what people don’t really understand. Just being back out and having another opportunity and opportunity to show myself I can’t ask for nothing else.”
The cowboys took a cheap flight on him, part of the back guard who was going to improve the team’s 27th place from a year ago.
Dallas also signed Miles Sanders and chose two running back-back in the draft-Jaydon Blue, fifth, and Phil Mafah, seventh round.
Rotation is a forthcoming way rather than the cowboys facing a working horse, but Williams numbers to be close to the front of the line, especially if he turns out to be closer to the runner, he was early in the career than he has recently been.
For a while, he is not considering how the transport shakes out. Rather, Williams intends to take advantage of all the opportunities he gets.
“They didn’t tell me too much about that stuff, all I know is just here and work every day and everything else is going to take care of him,” said Williams. “I’m not very big about expectations and goals and stuff, I’m just going out and playing well.”
