Backup Marcus Mariota finished the game for Washington as Daniels was sidelined and was in line to start the Week 8 road game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The hamstring injury is the latest for Daniels in a frustrating sophomore season. The reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year missed Weeks 3 and 4 with a sprained knee, highlighting a list of notable injuries to the Chiefs.
Wide receiver Terry McLaurin (quad) has only appeared in three games. Quarterback Austin Ekeler (Achilles) was lost for the season in Week 2. Wide receiver Deebo Samuel (heel) was inactive Sunday.
Quinn also said Monday that defensive end Dorance Armstrong suffered a significant knee injury Sunday and will miss the rest of the season.
