Kirk Cousins has found a new home and the Las Vegas Raiders have arguably found a bridge to their quarterback if needed.
Cousins is signing with the Raiders, his agent announced Thursday morning.
After two seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, Cousins was released this offseason and will now make his way to the Raiders and rookie head coach Kliff Kubiak. With the Raiders widely projecting Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza as the No. 1 overall pick in April, Kubiak said he would prefer not to start a rookie in Week 1 given the right scenario.
Cousins might well give that scenario.
About the NFL will have more shortly.
