“I had to be fair in the approach of things and don’t do it about just finances and all different things,” said Mack. “I tried to do it more so just about winning a ball game.”
Mack won the third Pro Bowl in a row last season for the chargers despite creating six sacks, tied to his few since the four he scored in his newcomer campaign 2014.
In 11 years with Raiders, Bears and Chargers, Mack has played in five games by season without a single victory. He believes LA is the best place to complete this discontent.
“Just don’t want to give up on the goal and ambition I have since I stepped into the league,” said Mack. “I knew I wanted to play in important games and win Super Bowl.”
