Adofo-Mensah began his NFL career with the San Francisco 49ers in 2013 as director of football research and development. He finally made his way to Cleveland Browns as Vice President of Football Action from 2020-21 before moving to the Vikings.
With its own contract that is now made, Adofo-Mensah will keep busy to optimize the team on the walk in a 90-person roster.
Adofo-Mensah is new to a busy and fertile start to a free agency, followed by an active draft.
The team signed again by Aaron Jones, traded for RB Jordan Mason, again, Byron Murphy, the back, convinced the security of Harrison Smith to return and strengthened both sides of the line with additions to the Will Fries and Ryan Kelly defense lines.
Five-rookie draft of the Minnesota class is a headline of Donovan Jackson, who was in the first round, and Tai Felton, who was in the third round, but Adofo-Mensah also withdrew the only business that took part in the Elder in the Draft and acquired Sam Howell from Seattle Seahawks to strengthen his team manager.
The biggest headline outside the season so far has been the Vikings lost, however, when team manager Sam Darnold left for the same Seahawks in March.
Darnold had the restoration of a career in Minnesota for the last two games of the season, including Villikort loss on Los Angeles Rams.
When Darnold has disappeared, the Vikings appear to be all the systems with McCarthy, who is coming from knee surgery after tearing his Meniscus on the precedent last year.
The fate of his latest towing is still far from determined, but the previous draft of Adofo-Mensah has been imminent concern.
There have been more bust and question marks than hits. The first two selection of Kams in total in 2022-Lewis Cine in the first half and Andrew Booth, in the second game no longer in the team.
Minnesota had the first two rounds in 2024, but of course McCarthy had a terrible injury and Dallas Turner did not start a game and won 55.2 PFF’s pass. He landed in Jordan Addison, Jordan Addison’s first player.
Overall, Adofo-Mensah and O’Connell have been pairing that has delivered winners to Minnesota more often than not. The two of them will remain together in the long run and look for bigger and better results ahead.
