Detroit Lions will host the Green Bay Packers at a traditional Thanksgiving Day to start the afternoon game and the competition is intended to start at 13:00 ET on Fox.
The lions appear to continue their recently recent results in 2025 after taking the NFC North League Choir each of the last two years and progressing to the conference in 2023.
At the same time, Packers are also coming from two consecutive games by season but have not won the NFC North Crown since the 2021 season when Aaron Rodgers was still in town. Team manager Jordan Love comes in in his third season as QB1 in Green Bay, and the young and highly paid-winning champion could strengthen his career in Green and Gold with another victory over a competitor.
The lions are swept away in the season in 2024, but the Packers took the victory in the last day of Thanksgiving to head for two seasons. In what is expected to be competitive with NFC North once again in 2025, this competition is competitors against each other nationally.
