Jordan is in his 15 season and is now in his third full -time coach. The transition from Sean Payton to Dennis Allen was significantly different. The acquisition of Allen tried to extend the Payton period with a small first change. After Allen blew out, the recruitment of Moore is a spin for the organization.
Jordan stated that it does not matter what age or experience level of a new coach has. The only thing about him is preparation and message.
“Whenever you have a head coach – young, old, indifferent – you have to be able to buy in the message,” he said. “The message is clear: Let’s have fun. Let’s clean all our tasks. It’s to know your technology, know your talents and know where you are going to be, knowing where your teammates are. I think the message has been high and clear.”
The comments from New Orleans in the early stages of Moore’s working hours have been positive. It is comparable to the course with most first -year coaches. What things look like when the season approaches, or what’s more, how the coach responds if the campaign goes off, will better indicate whether a 35 -year -old trainer is ready for the big chair.
